Every category of cost in a VOKYBE process, who sets it, and when it applies.
Property transactions in Madagascar involve several independent parties, each with their own charges. VOKYBE does not publish fixed figures here, because they depend on the property, distance, scope and the professionals involved — but every applicable cost is set out in writing in your client agreement before work begins.

- Acquisition support fee according to the signed client agreement.
- Visit fee
- Quoted per visit based on distance, travel and resources.
- Professional fees
- Architects, engineers and other regulated professionals bill their own fees.
- Notary / legal fees
- Set by the appointed notary or lawyer.
- Surveyor / geometer fees
- Set by the appointed surveyor.
- Taxes / government fees
- Determined by the competent authorities.
- Construction costs
- Quoted per project after land study and plans.
- Property Care
- Monthly service package agreed with the client.
Notary, surveyor, architect, engineer and contractor fees are set by those professionals. Taxes and registration charges are determined by the competent authorities. VOKYBE fees cover coordination, representation and services described in the signed agreement.
