VOKYBE acts on behalf of a client only under a signed mandate that states the scope, duration and conditions.
A mandate protects both sides. It defines what VOKYBE may do, for how long, on what terms, and what happens if a property is sold outside the process. Nothing is implied by conversation alone.

Exclusivity
Whether representation is open or exclusive for the period.
Commission
Basis, rate and trigger, agreed in writing before listing.
Buyer protection
Introduced buyers remain attributed under agreed terms.

Two arrangements
How the seller relationship works
Open mandate
The seller can work under a non-exclusive arrangement according to the signed mandate.
Exclusive mandate
The seller gives VOKYBE exclusive commercial representation for the agreed period and conditions.
Important notice
Commission, exclusivity, buyer protection, direct-sale provisions and any applicable commission following a direct sale are determined by the signed mandate.
